Being involved with a narcissist can be a haunting experience. It can create feelings of profound isolation, spinning in place, and the element of being in a constant battle. Let's face it--it's exhausting! The good news is that it doesn't have to be that way. Within this course we will explore not only how to stop giving your power away, but how to take the reins of your life back!

For the next 14 days, try to follow these general mindfulness practices during this self paced course:

It allows stagnant energy in your energetic field to release, and it connects you to your higher self, which is where your guidance system resides. When you get in touch with that piece of you, confusion will dissolve, and clarity will take its place. Lastly, when you commit time to yourself and your inner worlds, you begin to understand how real self-love and self-care look. You deserve attention and to be heard. When you take the time for loving care for yourself, you will find that others will as well.
